Our original translucent and durable water base glaze has a 1 hour “open time” with optimum viscosity for maintaining patterns on vertical surfaces. Ideal for any decorative paint/faux finish such as Marbling, Wood Graining, Exotic Mineral, Bone, and Overglazing. This glaze can be tinted with Platinum Series Colorants or Universal colorants.

This versatile product is a water base, acrylic, tintable, plaster-like medium that is ideal for raised relief, dimensional stenciling, and heavy distressed textures, but it goes way beyond that. It is readily sandable so it can be used to fill existing textures (orange peel and knock-down) and correct wall imperfections without shrinking or cracking during the drying process. It is self-priming and tintable, eliminating extra steps in the finish. Texture Effects is also self-sealing, so once dry, it can be over-glazed without the worry of it absorbing the glaze.

Our water base Oxidizing Bronze Paint contains real metal particles and will tarnish naturally over time and when exposed to the elements. Use the Blue Patina Aging Solution to speed up the oxidation process to create a beautiful, authentic Blue Patina finish on any paintable surface.

Rust Activator is an acidic solution in water and when applied over Oxidizing Iron Paint will react with the real metal particles in the paint, thus speeding up the oxidization process creating a beautiful, authentic Rust finish.

A unique water base, acrylic primer designed to block Patina Aging Solutions & Rust Activator from reaching the metal or wood surface chosen as a substrate. Other primers cannot be used because they allow the Patina Aging Solutions & Activators to penetrate through to the substrate.This will disrupt the desired patina color and damage the finish by bringing rust or tannic acids to the surface.

Permacoat Xtreme is a water base, clear, protective sealer and topcoat designed to work over Metal Effects Rust Activated-Iron Paint. This innovative clear coat chemically arrests the oxidized metal finish, minimizing any further corrosion, and then self-crosslinks to create a weather resistant barrier.

Metallic Paint Primer is an ideal primer and foundation color for Metallic Paints. This unique interior/exterior primer promotes adhesion or smooth surfaces, dries fast and is immediately sandable when dry. Use the Cool Tone Primer (Gray) under Silver and Pewter Metallic colors. Use the Warm Tone Primer (Beige) for Gold and Copper Metallic colors.

MasterClear interior/exterior topcoat is a water base, one part, self-crosslinking, aliphatic polyurethane/acrylic, non-yellowing topcoat. MasterClear is formulated with UV absorbers, UV inhibitors, mar and slip aids, to create the best possible protection for Metallic Paint Collection Satin paints without affecting the metallic shimmer. The inherent high abrasion resistance of MasterClear also extends the service life of Metallic Paints on high-traffic interior surfaces and exceeds 3,000 scrub cycles.
