Theme Paint Low VOC Exterior Dead Flat Varnish provides an additional level of UV and weather protection over Theme Paint. This 100% acrylic, water-based, protective clear top coat is formulated with maximum levels of UV blockers and UV absorbers to further reduce the harmful effects of ultraviolet rays and extend the life of the finish. The clear, dead-flat finish eliminates any undesirable sheen variations across the surface of painted projects.
